Cream of pumpkin, ginger and thyme

Cream of pumpkin, ginger, thyme and tarallo grains with Peperolio Di Molfetta: it is a purely autumnal dish that respects the seasonality of the ingredients with a pinch of novelty.


To prepare it, a cream of pumpkin soup with potato and a base of celery, carrot, onion, thyme leaves and a light note of ginger is made. It is completed with tarallo grains, fresh parsley and "Di Molfetta" pepper oil
