Opinion of the chef

If you prepare the salad in advance I recommend cleaning, cutting and adding the avocado just before serving the salad on the table to prevent it from blackening.

The energy salad, for sportsmen and vegetarians. Ideal for the first sun exposures as it is rich in vitamin A, E and precious antioxidants. Avocado is the fruit of the avocado tree (Persea Americana), an evergreen plant from the Lauraceae family. The composition of avocado, a very low percentage of water and the conspicuous fat content (up to 20% depending on the variety) make it a highly nutritious fruit. It contains phospholipids important for the nervous system and vitamin E which stimulates reproductive functions and protects cells from aging.
