Opinion of the chef

To prepare the vinaigrette I combined in a small bowl the green apple oil from Frantoio di Molfetta, white wine vinegar, Dijion mustard, extra virgin olive oil with mint, Extra virgin olive oil intense fruity Di Molfetta, salt and pepper. The result gives freshness and an unexpected touch of vivacity to the salad
