A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of being present at an evening at Le Giare Ristorante. For the occasion, this charming restaurant has combined its already known qualities with those of Yuki Japanese cuisine, to reinvent a convivial and oriental-style Valentine's Day.
 
A splendid evening, which immersed us in the passion for good food and the work of Antonio Bufi, Lucia Della Guardia (Le Giare), Maurizio Tinelli (Yuki Japanese cuisine) and their staff.
 
Le Giare is one of the most promising restaurants in the city of Bari, a place where you can enjoy refined cuisine, combined with excellent, modern and informal service. It offers fresh ingredients and the philosophy of nourishing with taste as a praise of the Apulian organoleptic riches. For this reason, it will soon be a DaRò place, giving pride to this project which aims to tell good food and the awareness of eating in balance with our body on special themed evenings.
