DaRò is a bear who has always had a passion for good food. His greatest desire has always been to share his love of healthy food.
 
For this reason he decided to travel the world and spread what he learned about books and in his own kitchen. DaRò, however, does not want to be a teacher. He doesn't like the idea of ​​a class full of students staring at him in awe. Being a teacher is not for him: he wants to explain what he knows, but how a friend would do it, with patience and simplicity. He likes the idea of ​​a group of friends who come together to talk about nutrition, healthy food, mouth-watering recipes. For this reason, DaRò never sat behind a chair but decided to go to restaurants that would open the doors and welcome him.
 
In those places, the lesson is light, pleasant and slips down like a glass of fresh water after a run. You learn many things, but always having fun. We talk about food, and we taste it firsthand. You get together, like at a meeting of friends.
