Lying on the slopes of the town of Cisternino, in the Apulian hinterland dotted with the centuries-old olive trees of the Itria Valley, Osteria Sant'Anna is an ancient winery completely renovated to become a restaurant with typical Apulian and creative cuisine, revisited in a modern way.

The Osteria, wanted and curated by the refined Mrs. Franca, today welcomes a demanding and refined clientele, with excellent cuisine wisely tributary of the best of a still living tradition. The proposal has been enriched thanks to the constant research of the chef Peppino Calella and the daily confrontation with his sons Stefano and Antonio.

Osteria Sant'Anna stands out for its classic Apulian cuisine, lightened by modern cooking techniques and by the absolute freshness and quality of the products which, respecting the season, revisits the food pyramid and gives the palate a carousel of flavors in motion.

Do not miss the farm ricotta served with honey and almonds, the freshly made pasta of the day strictly handmade, the vegetables from the garden, the sweets, the homemade ice creams and the inevitable rosoli produced by Mrs. Franca, which tell fragrances, aromas of herbs and fruits collected on the family estate.
