Le Lune

Le Lune, in Florence, is the direct restaurant of the Barbialla and Fontallerta farms and the meeting point of their agricultural, nursery and environmental activities.

Le Lune offers food from its farms in the city and a selection of direct local products with a minimal integration of products not available in the region. The cuisine, simple and elegant, follows the food principles of Sustainable Natural Fresh.

The Barbialla Nuova farm supplies meat, truffles and game, the city farm of Fontallerta supplies certified organic extra virgin olive oil used in the kitchen which is harvested, pressed and filtered on the same day exclusively in the TEM MORI oil mill.
