Cardoncelli mushrooms and Minervino sausage, typical cheeses and farm ricotta, broad beans and wild chicory, turnip greens from Minervino and burrata from Andria, burnt wheat orecchiette and the irreplaceable extra virgin olive oil, are just some of the countless gastronomic treasures of our territory and cuisine.
