“Be a guest of nature” is the Masseria's motto, a concept that translates into stays among the large gardens, streets carved in stone, sounds, colors and the unforgettable scent of olive groves and fresh local vegetation.

The experience in contact with nature finds its maximum expression in the kitchens of the Masseria where the starting point is the food of Mother Earth: Montenapoleone is in fact also an organic farm that produces fruit, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil and wine.

Every day dishes are offered that tell of a precious and wonderful seasonality and that respect and reinterpret tradition with a touch of contemporaneity. The culinary offer is enhanced by the constant work of the owners who search for meat, dairy products and fish among the Apulian excellences to offer menus dedicated to fresh seasonal products, for both lunch and dinner.
