Masseria Carrone

The Masseria Carrone farmhouse in Carovigno (BR) takes its name from the district in which it is located, surrounded by the centuries-old olive trees of Puglia.

The expertly restored Masseria, dating back to the second half of the 17th century and is surrounded by about 40 hectares of pastures and centuries-old olive trees, is now a family-run organic farm run by women.

Mrs. Maria Greco and her three daughters Wanda, Carlotta and Camilla Andrea have managed to combine tourism and nature, in which gastronomy, popular tradition and authenticity take on the utmost importance. In the Masseria Carrone cattle, sheep and farmyard animals are raised; it produces organic extra virgin olive oil, aged cheeses and caciotte, cured meats, pickles, delicious jams and exquisite liqueurs from aromatic herbs.

Masseria Carrone offers the opportunity to stay in the old renovated rooms equipped with every comfort, enjoying a hearty breakfast of typical sweets, jams and freshly prepared juices.

With its large rooms and suggestive outdoor spaces with swimming pool and gardens, Masseria Carrone is also the ideal location for organizing weddings and events with personalized, seasonal and 100% genuine menus.
