The Agritur restaurant has been in operation since 1985, when Francesca and Valerio decided to build it.
For some years it has been Marco, the younger son who has been taking care of it, together with his family, renovating it thanks to the construction of a new structure opened in December 2006.
The many products of the company are processed in the kitchen, so you can taste various dishes of the typical Trentino cuisine.
The presence of the breeding of various animals offers guests complete traceability of the meats that are offered on the table.
Here at Mortigola in the early summer you go to the chicken coop and collect the eggs, go to Leonardo to get the butter and ricotta and then make the cake. This is how we work, the many products are collected and served directly on the table, like a good self-respecting Agriturismo.
The Agritur is a low-energy wooden house that insulates from the cold and saves energy. The interior is covered in fir and larch and the furniture is simple and essential. A charming room has recently been added to the traditional structure, also in wood with large windows that offer a breathtaking view of Vallagarina.
The farmhouse is located in the mountains at 1150 meters above sea level, in an ideal area for lovers of tranquility and nature, has a garden with deck chairs, ski storage and sports equipment.
Inside the Agritur there is the small dairy and also the sales point where you can buy fresh and aged cheeses, jams, sauerkraut, salami, vegetable creams, all of them production.
