Domingo Schingaro, a concrete chef of few words and a thousand dishes that contain ancient tales, is at the head of the brigade of I Due Camini. His recipes reflect the robustness of this region, a fertile land of inspiration and ingredients. here, you can also meet the kitchen brigade at work, while the pastry chef creates delicious personalized desserts, meeting individual tastes.

With his excellent work Domingo Schingaro won the Michelin star with the 2019 edition of the guide for his work at the Due Camini restaurant. The restaurant also boasts three toques from the Ristorante d’Italia dell’Espresso guide and two forks from Gambero Rosso.
